Through this system, the operator is guided throughout the entire production process. Each worker follows the order of specific jobs that are uploaded into the system daily. The operator is notified by the system both for regular production checks and for the replacement of tools associated with the job’s machining cycle. In fact, each machine is equipped with two alarm systems: one alert system for product quality checks, and the other for tool replacement, with tools available in a dedicated automatic dispenser.

The integrated management system allows constant monitoring of the machining cycle and has been designed with the goal of achieving a globally certified process and ensuring high quality in production, deadlines, and operator safety.
